I recently had an issue with my defroster temperature and brought it in under warranty service. I was told that the software patch required was not covered and had to pay for the service. I wasn't satisfie brought it in under warranty service. I was told that the software patch required was not covered and had to pay for the service. I wasn't satisfied with that and spoke with Toyota and they contacted the dealer. Although I wasn't satisfied with the situation, Robert was fantastic. He called me to get an understanding of the situation, followed up on my warranty, gave me a full refund and said he would address the issue with the staff. I appreciated his commitment to customer service and will certainly return for service and new vehicles in the future! More

Parked the car, pulled in to a tight space across from a pole and beside a fire hydrant. Of course we backed into the pole and damaged the bumper when leaving. Service tech took pics and said " this has bee pole and beside a fire hydrant. Of course we backed into the pole and damaged the bumper when leaving. Service tech took pics and said " this has been an ongoing problem" and that the Manager would call us to discuss repairs. Has been 2 weeks and no one has reached out. This type of customer service seems typical at Ken Ganley. I find other dealers offer better service. The question remaining is , Why use that particular parking spot? Why do they pull cars into spots instead of backing in so customers can pull forward to leave? or Why not pull the vehicle up to the door while you pay the cashier then you can walk out and leave? This is recommended as a safety precaution. All the other dealerships I've been to operate that way. It's the little details that make a difference and possibly avoid problems like this. More
