we worked with Robert in service on an issue with a warranty claim. He was very accommodating with our needs and looked into the issue. because of that, the problem was covered under warranty and all w warranty claim. In addition to an oil change, I had my tires rotated. However, they did not put air into the tires. They were all over in psi = 37-45 psi. One or two psi is one thing, but 8 is not cool. Everything went fine except for when I looked over the work order. The wrong mileage was put in the in/out box. The mileage when I brought it in was 18,615, The mileage on the work order is entered as 2 work order. The wrong mileage was put in the in/out box. The mileage when I brought it in was 18,615, The mileage on the work order is entered as 25,970. I called service about it and they said they would look into it, but I haven't heard anything about it. Please check this out and correct it. 1stI thought that they had the battery in stock. That’s what I was told. But after the technician removed the old battery we found out they did not have a snack and they have go to the warehouse to pick up what I was told.
