Well what can I truly say other than amazing customer service from Sydney and Robert. I first started working with Sydney through an online contact, she went above and beyond for me sending detailed pictures and videos, to more than I can even describe how lucky Northwest Hills is to have her a part of their team,to the dealership working with me to get a few minor things fixed before purchase, but I have to say the final touch was my sales person Robert, Robert you are exceptional and truly a blessing. I can’t thank you enough for all you have done for me, going above and beyond in any way you could to help resolve issues that I ran into. Thank you for making my dream come true with my absolutely beautiful Cadillac CT5. However, there were too many disappointments with service, a check engine light coming on a week after purchase,the GM not letting me speak while on the phone with him stating all of my frustrations and concerns with all of the issues that I kept running into, even hanging up on me, to picking up a loaner in absolutely filthy condition twice,where I had to pay to clean it myself just so I felt comfortable driving it. But also, emissions were due shortly after purchase… it didn’t pass. I had to have it retested. Going forward, I hope the issues I ran into, don’t continue, but they did in fact continue. I changed my rating due to an oil leak that has been happening since purchase on the vehicle, with less than 20,000 miles on the vehicle, and around 13,000 when purchased, I didn’t think anything about it as the car was new to me, brought it in extremely early for an oil change and the oil level started to drop right away again, not realizing that there was an actual leak that was clearly visible when I finally brought it elsewhere to change the engine air filter that was at 5% and they swore it was changed prior to purchase, but in absolutely filthy condition when removed. I also had to bring the car in twice to service in regards to the back brakes making noise while backing up, and being told the first time nothing was wrong,sent me on my way to have the second time have service finally figure out that there was an issue with the parking brake sensor. I truly belive this car is a lemon, and possibly might have to move further legally in regards to my purchase. I decided to right away cancel my future appointments with this dealership and chose to have Blasius handle all concerns going further. I don’t trust what they say they do during their thorough inspection prior to pick up date, or in general as I have run into far too many issues in such a short period of time. I can go on, but why waste anymore time. Also, there never seems to be a loaner available. My last service apt the same loaner that they let me take home was sitting on the lot when I dropped my car off in the am and wasted my whole day in the area waiting on my car to take the same loaner home. If you are busy and relying on this dealership, I wouldn’t count on them to have your best interest at heart. I would choose another Cadillac dealership in a heartbeat after all that I have experienced. Sadly, they do have some amazing employees that try their best. Being a previous owner of Audis, Lexus,BMW, and Jeep, I’ve never experienced anything close to what I have in the 6 months that I’ve owned my Cadillac. It’s sad to say,the car that I once loved for 5 years prior to purchase has left an extremely sour taste with all that I have experienced. More

Because it was stretching my finances, I got a bit emotional after taking the incredible car for a test drive, but Robert Kulinski who I was dealing with, was absolutely wonderful. He gave me time to think, provided me with additional information on the vehicle, wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to make me decide on the spot; I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be dealing with. My wife and I were searching for a Chevy trailblazer that led us to a phone conversation with Robert from Northwest Hills Chevrolet. Robert was kind, courteous, and very helpful. He advised that they did not have the Trailblazer but suggested that he did have a Buick Encore GX that is the the same model with the Buick name. We set up an appt with Robert and drove from New York to see the Encore. After meeting with Robert we test drove the vehicle and traded in our 2019 Equinox for the 2022 Encore. The process was flawless. The price for the trade and purchase was very fair. We were very pleased as we drove the new vehicle home the following Weekend. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. No pressure, no hidden fees, and kind and courteous people. More

I found Northwest Hills Chevrolet very easy and comfortable to work with. From the first time I stepped on the lot to look at what was available to speaking with Robert Kulinski, I never felt press comfortable to work with. From the first time I stepped on the lot to look at what was available to speaking with Robert Kulinski, I never felt pressured. Robert gave me the input I needed when I was trying to build the Truck I wanted. He had a vast knowledge of the vehicle and also understood what I was trying to obtain in the upgrade packages I was considering. I never felt that Robert was steering me in any direction just to build up the bottom line. After the sales agreement was finalized, Robert kept me informed as to the status and estimated delivery date. I never felt that I was forgotten after the contract was signed. I also found that any of the other staff members I dealt with, from the phone receptionist to the men who prepped the truck and the finance person treated me with respect and a friendly smile. Overall my experience with Northwest Hills was a pleasure. Would I recommend Northwest Hills to my friends and family? DEFINATELY More
