I found them on the internet, scheduled an appointment, and within just a few minutes, I had my appointment and a response from someone verifying my appointment. They took the time to read my message and decided to place an order for a part that might be needed. The comment from the dealer was to try and complete the needed service in one visit. When I arrived, the staff took care of me right away. The part that was ordered was needed. So a good thing the part was ordered. Shipping had not arrived yet, so we needed to pick the service back up in a few hours. When I returned a short time later, the service work was done, and I was on my way in less than an hour. I really appreciate the efforts of this service team. Like I said, top-notch service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Great service Fast and friendly with a nice area to hang out while your service work is completed. They also washed the car after service, good experience. The Best in Madison I have used Russ Darrow for many years. They are honest, great to work with and professional. I get my oil changes and car maintenance there as well.
