OK, as far as the salesman Robert, he is absolutely fantastic. I could not say enough good things about him but the reason I give a fair rating is for Keith. The finance manager he was able to get me fantastic. I could not say enough good things about him but the reason I give a fair rating is for Keith. The finance manager he was able to get me to think that I was only paying $31,000 for the car when in actuality I was paying $38,000 for the car now granted my interest rate is my fault from my history so that has nothing to do with Keith but I wouldn’t have bought the car if I knew I was paying $38,000 because at $38,000 at 10% interest I’m paying $55,000 for a Honda Civic don’t get me wrong. The car is awesome. I I just probably would not have bought the car. Had I known how much interest I was gonna be paying and what the final amount was gonna be. yes it’s my responsibility to look at all the numbers and it’s hard for me to describe the feeling. I have other than to say I feel like I was swindled. I don’t feel like the deal was on the up and up. I know their job is to sell cars I get that, but I have had nothing but honda’s for vehicles in my life, and I guess I was naïve to think that there would be full transparency of all things that were transpiring. My wife and I arrived at dealership at 1230 pm. We had to talk to 3 different people for 3 1/2hrs until 4pm. Finally had to sign and initial 34 documents in 15 minutes(30sec per doc).we left with We had to talk to 3 different people for 3 1/2hrs until 4pm. Finally had to sign and initial 34 documents in 15 minutes(30sec per doc).we left with a 2026 honda cr-v and all documents on a computer thumb drive. We found out at home that the initial selling price on buyers order was $2500 ABOVE the MSRP sticker price. We also found out the trade in value of our 2016 nissan rogue (44,000miles) $5950!! which they refused to tell me at the dealership after numerous requests. Finally I have been waiting over 10 weeks for the dealership to remove the Honda Gap warranty from my loan with GTE financial which I was told would take 6 to 8 weeks. More

This is the 2nd time I've purchased a new Honda from this dealership, and in my experience, it's been rather painless. They do push to get the best price for their vehicle, and you do have to negotiate to g dealership, and in my experience, it's been rather painless.
