One of my proudest contributions to our company has been the introduction of Internet-based sales and marketing long before it was commonplace. In 1997, the Internet was in its infancy and certainly not a sure thing, but I could see the possibilities. I made a network of friends around the country who were working on a mainframe server that could house all dealers' inventories online at one location. That company was Automallusa.com. Keep in mind, this was long before industry-wide powerhouses like Cars.com, and AutoTrader was still just a magazine at the local gas station! Building from the knowledge I gained working with Automallusa, I created a dealership-specific web server for our company inventory management and display. It was among one of the first dealership websites in the country. We published inventory, details, and pricing for customers in a way that was transparent and hassle free.

Will be a Customer for life! We brought our Jeep to get the A/C fixed, and they gave us a loaner to use. After our Jeep was fixed we had it 1 day and the the motor started making We brought our Jeep to get the A/C fixed, and they gave us a loaner to use. After our Jeep was fixed we had it 1 day and the the motor started making a noise. We called them and they let us drive another vehicle while they checked ours out. Come to find out it threw a rod ! They let us drive the vehicle while we figured out what to do. They treated us like we had NEVER been treated by a Dealership before. Every person we had contact with was very kind and very willing to help us in every imaginable way possible from the Service Department to Sales and Finance. They are all truly a blessing! We thank them for everything they did for us. WE WILL BE BACK! More

New Chrysler 300C We presently own a Chrysler 300 that is having warranty repairs. While the repairs were being completed, Bailey put us in the New 300 to drive. Well We presently own a Chrysler 300 that is having warranty repairs. While the repairs were being completed, Bailey put us in the New 300 to drive. Well...as you can see we now own two Chrysler 300's. Thanks Bailey. As we were leaving the Service Dept. Robert Melton came outside, introduced himself, thanked us for buying at Melton's and also talked to us about features on the New 300. We also appreciate the Service Dept. for the prompt service they provide each time we are there. More

BEST Car Buying Experience EVER!!! They totally wipe away your typical car salesman stereotype. Absolutely NO bird dogging or chasing you the second you drive onto the lot. I have bought several other vehicles at other lots prior to my purchase at Melton and those other experiences made me literally dred going to a car lot. Melton totally changed that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Melton! They are over an hour away from me and I will drive to Melton every time from now on for my future purchases. More

They were always courteous, friendly and available to answer all our questions and made it a priority to call us frequently to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Today's visit was no different than the first. We purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass Lattitude and wish to thank our salesman, Zach, and again the entire staff and management for another excellent experience.
