Dead Battery Great customer service from Robert. This was my second time coming to Waldorf Honda and the customer service has been excellent each time. I was met q Great customer service from Robert. This was my second time coming to Waldorf Honda and the customer service has been excellent each time. I was met quickly to see what issue I was having. Robert greeted me and told me what the process would be. He kept me informed on the status of my car. Most of all he was not trying to sell me on something that was not needed. Very dissatisfied I took my car in for a wheel bearing issue. My cars warranty had expired, which I was unaware of. Nonetheless, I picked my car up, paid the fee, which I took my car in for a wheel bearing issue. My cars warranty had expired, which I was unaware of. Nonetheless, I picked my car up, paid the fee, which gave me no new information on my car- just verified what I already knew, and decided to do the repairs elsewhere due to the enormous cost of what the Waldorf Honda dealership was planning to charge me. That same night, less than 30 minutes after picking my car up, I stopped and took my daughter into a store. Like always, I tried to lock my 2014 Honda Pilot, and it would not lock. The rear door, driver side, all of the sudden would not lock. Therefore, my car alarm would not beep to ensure all doors were locks. Also, my trunk would not open with the interior button I use daily. So after taking my car in for wheel bearings, now I get to fix another problem, that I am sure occurred on Waldorf Honda's watch. I called this morning to speak to someone, and much to my surprise, they say it couldn't have been them!! All I was told was that it was it sounded like the rear door actuator went bad, and that they would charge me to fix it. I find it very coincidental that minutes after picking up my car I notice new problems. I am very dissatisfied and will never step foot into Waldorf Honda again. I will be sure to pass on this information with future clients as well. More

However, at Waldorf Honda, the service department really is exce When you take your car to a dealer for service you typically expect long wait times. However, at Waldorf Honda, the service department really is exceptional! They appreciate and value your time and therefore, strive to get you in and out in as short a time frame as possible, considering the work being done. We are continually impressed by the professionalism and courtesy at Waldorf Honda Service Dept. We live about 30 minutes from the dealer but it's worth the drive to receive that level of customer service and quality. More
