He answered all my too numerous questions and even brought me snacks while my trade in was being assessed. From my initial online communication with Madison Fife (and her impressive responsiveness just before a holiday) to the final signing process with the equally friendly and professional Keith Hawk, the entire purchasing process went smoothly, was stress-free and actually kinda fun. I had a sense throughout that they each genuinely cared and wanted me to make the decision right for me. And I absolutely did. I love my new Forester. It is a beautiful car and a pleasure to drive.
