This is now the second car I have bought at Concordville Subaru even though I live in Delaware! I go there because the team is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and truly care about their customers. However, this experience was better than my previous one (which was pretty great). Bob (Robert) handled everything perfectly. He knew the product well and was able to explore endless options with me. As a new mom and someone who has to go to work in the snow, there were many factors to consider. And Bob knocked it out of the park. He was kind and personable. People talk about feeling like someone is trying to get one over on you- and that was not the case! Bob truly wanted to find me the best car possible for me, my family, our needs, and our finances. While I have always loved my Subarus and the brand, I now also love Bob from Subaru. I will not only be continuing to go to Concordville, but also to Bob for all of our needs. Even though buying a car can be stressful and a long process (paper work, finances, insurance, etc.), Bob made sure I was taken care of and comfortable with everything. This was only my second time buying a car for myself he explained everything so I thoroughly understood what it all meant and I could make an informed decision. His professionalism and knowledge, genuine and friendly manner, and attentiveness and support were key factors in my decision to purchase a 2025 Forester instead of the other brand I had been considering seriously. Bob asked all the right questions to learn about my needs and what I wanted from a new vehicle. He answered all my too numerous questions and even brought me snacks while my trade in was being assessed. From my initial online communication with Madison Fife (and her impressive responsiveness just before a holiday) to the final signing process with the equally friendly and professional Keith Hawk, the entire purchasing process went smoothly, was stress-free and actually kinda fun. I had a sense throughout that they each genuinely cared and wanted me to make the decision right for me. And I absolutely did. I love my new Forester. It is a beautiful car and a pleasure to drive.
