Most service advisors at this location are extremely difficult to get ahold of by phone, however the one I first visited with called my back promptly, twice. After working with him, I specifically asked our driver to talk to this same gentleman, then upon arrival he asked for this person and someone else took over the visit. The new person was unaware of what I had asked and completed the work before calling me to get approval. Although I did mention that the issue needed to be fixed, I still required a call to explain the cause. Just because a commercial truck is managed by a national fleet company does not mean the local management doesn’t watch their budget. The national fleet company still charges our specific locations after the fact. More

I am now bringing my 2024 new vehicle in for the 4th time. I was promised a call back from the service manager Monday. It is Wednesday. I was promised a vehicle ready and waiting for me last time I came time. I was promised a call back from the service manager Monday. It is Wednesday. I was promised a vehicle ready and waiting for me last time I came in and then had to wait for a courtesy vehicle to bring me to rent a car. I had a very important medical appt for my son that Corwin was informed about and knew I had to be downtown by 10:30. Upon bringing my vehicle in the first 2 times, the codes were cleared and nothing more was done. The third time I was told a fuse was blown. The software/computer still does not work properly and it will occasionally not start. I have not gotten anyone to return phone calls. I live 2 hours away from Fargo and have a son with life threatening medical issues. I should not have a 2024 unreliable vehicle. More
