Robert and Michael were excellent customer service. From a 1 to 10 they get a 10!!! I would refer family and friends they did everything they said they were going to do, I walked out with a 2026 new Ho From a 1 to 10 they get a 10!!! I would refer family and friends they did everything they said they were going to do, I walked out with a 2026 new Honda CRV.. thank you for your excellent service!!! More

First time I left feeling like I wasn't valued as a customer. It seemed like because I was only getting an oil change and not looking to get any of up sell services, I wasn't worth the time to provide customer. It seemed like because I was only getting an oil change and not looking to get any of up sell services, I wasn't worth the time to provide progress updates or explanation of the inspection results. When I returned to ask about the red items on the inspection, I was told it's based on mileage. So I guess they don't really inspect the serpentine belt, because it was changed 20,000 miles earlier. Perhaps the service rep was having a bad day as I had seen him previously, but at that time I dropped a few hundred dollars on a fuel system cleaning during a recall, and didn't have the same problem. Additionally, I arrived with an appointment at 6:30am for an oil change and was given an estimated completion time of 8am, I used the Link that was texted to me to check status at 8:15 and the chat feature to ask for progress and did not receive any reply. I walked over at 8:40 and asked for status and was informed it was ready....how long it had been ready....who knows. Finally, I was given a small post it note with a number and pointed in the direction of the valet. There was no one at valet, but that's ok because my keys were in the car and I was able to take my car with with nobody being the wiser. Good thing it wasn't stolen before I got there. More

I took my car in for a Recall to be repaired. The service advisor recommended additional services which I authorized at time. When I pick up my vehicle they did not cancel the additional services and charged me. More
