I ordered three parts for my 2018 Honda CRV, paid for the parts, never took them because they were not available. The next day, I was interrogated, whether I took a couple of the parts or not. As well as what I was quoted to install the parts when received the next day. This is definitely not good Customer Service..
I have been coming to this dealership since I bought my Honda and have spent thousands of dollars ever since on Maintenance. I am definitely not coming back for a long time and considering buying my new Honda and my Maintenance after elsewhere..
The new building is beautiful, but my experience was terrible!
