Stress free I have purchased a few cars in my lifetime, sometimes a pleasant experience and sometimes not so pleasant. Our family has purchase 4 cars from Reno Jeep and each time it has been stress free and extremely pleasant. We have never felt pressured and each person has always answered any questions we may have. Thank you Jeep and Joe for always taking care of this family!! More

September 21, 2018 Service I called to make an appointment for a service on 9/21/18, but was told they were fully booked. When I explained that I only needed an oil change, Bob I called to make an appointment for a service on 9/21/18, but was told they were fully booked. When I explained that I only needed an oil change, Bob told me if I was able to bring the car by and leave it they would work me in. I arrived as they opened, took the shuttle to my work and was surprised when Bob called to say that my car was ready after only a couple of hours. I can't say enough positive things about Bob's professionalism and the service experience. More

Excellant service without an appointment. I took a chance and stopped by to have my regular service done and Bob worked me in. I've purchased cars from Lithia, I've had those cars serviced at Lithia and, on the rare occasion when I needed repairs, Lithia handled that, too. They have demonstrated a continuous standard of excellence from the beginning. Superb customer service, competitive pricing and excellent communication has been their hallmark. Quick Service & Great Communication My service advisor for the day was Bob Pierce. Bob also communicated with me and letting me know what else I needed to get done and by far everything else I was impressed with is they completed before the estimated time they have given me which was great! Recall I had to move my appointment at the last minute. Remy and Bob were incredibly accommodating and offered to get my Jeep in on the following Saturday mo I had to move my appointment at the last minute. Remy and Bob were incredibly accommodating and offered to get my Jeep in on the following Saturday morning. Since it was late notice (on my part), I fully expected and planned to not have my vehicle back for a few hours. Within an hour, service was complete. Very impressed! More
