Outstanding customer service My low tire pressure light was on yesterday and I got panic. I made appt today at 9am but I pulled my car in around 7am cause I am rush to go to work. The technician was very helpful and checked my car right away, came out little problem and got fixed right away. I want to say I had a great experience with purchashing my baby here with Robert and so far overall the whole BMW experience is great. Everyone here is very nice and professional. Highly recommended! More

NO test drive for us!! Prior to our arrival at Habberstad BMW my wife called Robert Pellegrino whom she already had spoken to earlier in the week about our search for a car Prior to our arrival at Habberstad BMW my wife called Robert Pellegrino whom she already had spoken to earlier in the week about our search for a car and informed him we are coming over to the dealership to look at a 528 or 535. Upon arriving we were not even offered a bottle of water on a hot summer day. Robert was nice to enough to inform us a little bit about the car. The problem we encountered was when I said ok let’s test the drive vehicle. He stated to my wife and I that he did not have a vehicle ready for us to test drive. I found this hard to believe but he further stated the vehicle has to be gone over by the service department and being that its 4pm they might not have one ready to test drive till tomorrow. This I cannot understand. He said well he can maybe try to get it ready if we wanted to come back in a couple hours since we live kind of close by. At this point I informed him I will be in touch at a later date. My wife and I drove over to another BMW dealership where within 15 minutes of our arrival we were on the road for a test drive with 2 bottles of water in hand. Possible Habberstad BMW should review the actions by this salesperson who in turn cost the dealership a sale. I’m sad to say that I would not recommend Habberstad BMW to anyone I know. PS My wife and I signed a deal at the second BMW dealership. Your loss Habberstad BMW!! More

Terrific First-Time BMW Experience I fell in love with a beautiful X3 in the Habberstad Showroom while accompanying my husband as he was about to lease his fourth car from Habberstad BM I fell in love with a beautiful X3 in the Habberstad Showroom while accompanying my husband as he was about to lease his fourth car from Habberstad BMW. Robert Pellegrino took me out on a test drive of the X3 and worked hard to convince an Acura MDX lessee to switch to a BMW X3. Rob was very knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time with me explaining the various options that were included in the specific X3 that I wanted. Robert and the sales manager worked the numbers for me and I made the switch to BMW. Since taking possession of the car, I have received several follow up calls and emails to make sure that I was happy with the car. I am impressed with the customer service of Robert and the dealership and would not hesitate to recommend. More
