Awful Dropped my vehicle off for a recall. Was supposed to be ready in a day took two full days. Kept being given the run around when I called. First it was Dropped my vehicle off for a recall. Was supposed to be ready in a day took two full days. Kept being given the run around when I called. First it was a 4 hour job then I got well ya know it’s like a 7 hour job. After researching and speaking with my dad who is a certified mechanic it should have taken two hours...and that’s a stretch!! Two whole days!? Was given a free oil change for my convenience...what would that take 3 days?! Unreal... More

2018 Escape We had trouble with the hatchback that when we closed it the lights would not go out inside the car, in a couple of instances this caused the battery We had trouble with the hatchback that when we closed it the lights would not go out inside the car, in a couple of instances this caused the battery to be drained some. I had the car in four times and the service department did a few things but shortly we had the same problem. Finally took it back for the fifth time and the dealership gave us a loaner so they would have time to find the problem. When I dropped the car off the problem wasn't showing up but after a couple of days it did happen when Robert looked at it. The car is still out the dealership getting fixed but I do appreciate all of the effort being put in to identifying and fixing the problem, Although it has been frustrating hopefully the problem will be taken care of finally. I have dealt mostly with Robert, who has been terrific, but I have also been helped by Carlos and Thomas (either in person or on the phone) and they have also been helpful. More
