Went In for 2 recalls. They told me it would take all day but refused to give me a loaner. Said they just don’t do that. Even after I told them I can’t be without a car all They told me it would take all day but refused to give me a loaner. Said they just don’t do that. Even after I told them I can’t be without a car all day I have 2 daughters one with special needs that has therapies to go to. Had to talk to my sales person who was able to help me out but I don’t think it’s right that the service department just out right says no can’t do that and leaves you to figure it out without even trying to talk to a manager to see if they can help you More
