I would describe myself as very easy going, friendly, and positive person. My approach to sales is very low pressure. People frequently compliment me on how comfortable they feel when working with me.

Great experience at Gordie Boucher Lincoln. Rob had the vehicle we wanted up front and he was ready to answer any questions we had. The test drive was good and then we were ready to bargain. I liked Rob b vehicle we wanted up front and he was ready to answer any questions we had. The test drive was good and then we were ready to bargain. I liked Rob because he wasn't cocky or arrogant. He informed us that the vehicle was priced right(and it was) and our trade-in was where I wanted it. Also had a parting gift for my wife and I, much appreciated. More

Did my research before arrived. Knew what I wanted. Rob, sales person was great. He was up front about what he knew and didn't know, no carny atmosphere. One of the sales managers ? inserted himself in our sales person was great. He was up front about what he knew and didn't know, no carny atmosphere. One of the sales managers ? inserted himself in our conversation, not needed or appreciated. He then hovered and at one point when I asked Rob a question, he answered. It was rude, back off. He just kept repeating how great the dealership was, how highly rated, I don't need to hear that squawk - I want to see it in action. Not listen to some self important dweeb, tell me how great my experience is. I had my financing set-up so I was ready to go. The finance manager was the absolute worst part of my experience. I felt he was very impatient and rude, for example - when I sat down to sign my paperwork, he was pushy, just sign and you can get out of here, he said. I told him that I wanted to read the documents before I signed and hoped that he had the time. He said; "No, not really, we are very busy". Wow, THAT's how you want to treat people? I felt like he was doing me a favor doing his job. He couldn't find all of my paperwork and when another staff person indicated that they didn't have a copy of my DL, he said, yes we do and ended up tracking me down, with a gimme your DL type request. There were other such aspects to his attitude. When I had a question about the forms/information he was curt and impatient. When we were done and he was leaving the office, I asked if I was going to get a copy of my paperwork, he said no, they would be on a thumb drive that I would get and took off. I wanted to ask him another question but he was already gone. I wanted to get a paper copy of the forms that I signed and expected that to be an option. I don't feel that it is customer friendly to not offer that option. Next day at home I opened the drive, it was empty. I called the dealership and he got on the phone, I told him that the drive was empty, again he seemed impatient and I felt like he was in a hurry to get rid of me. He said, "I emailed that to you", I asked when, because I just discovered the error, he said about 5 minutes ago. I said that I didn't have any email, he said , "Wait who is this" (Rude). I told him my name and he said , Oh, you are not XXX, I'll email it to you". No significant apology. I feel like maybe he never intended to load the drive, if I was not the only person that day that had an empty drive. Horrible service, from my perspective. He needs training in customer service. What a difference from Rob, who took his time with me, let me ask all of the questions that I wanted and researched answers with an apology for not knowing the answer. Rob came in on his day off to complete the sale and had done MORE research on the vehicle to go over all of the internal controls that I had asked about. He was patient and attentive and I felt like he listened to me instead of projecting impatience like the finance guy. When I was there I saw at least (6) staff standing around in a group shooting the breeze, they were close enough and their conversation was load enough that I heard it. I really didn't want to know all that. Why couldn't they be on-line learning about product, researching or even checking their own personal email and checking out the vehicles to get more familiar with them. Mine did not have an owners manual. How great it would have been, if someone would have realized it and printed one out. One of the questions that I asked Mr Finance was about the lack of spare, he gave an offhand answer to the effect of, not included anymore. I wanted to find out more about what to do if I got a flat, but that was one of the times that he walked away from me. I wanted to be a repeat, return customer, but when I need service, even thought my oil changes are free, I don't think that I will be back and you can bet that as I am telling my story, my perspective of my experience, I will let everyone know how I felt that I was treated.
