Hi, my name is Bob Rhodes and I have been on the Parts team here at Haasz since we opened in 2007. I have worked in this industry for 40 years now. I previously worked at Ray Thomas with Kevin Haasz and came with him when he opened his own dealership. I have been Chrysler certified for 15 years and really love what I do. I’ve always enjoyed working with cars and knew the automotive industry would be a good fit for me. When I’m not working I enjoy relaxing at home and spending time with my wife.

We came out when it was raining and David Igleheart was the only sales man that came out to help us. He was easy to work with and answered all our questions. Haasz Automall saves the day again and again Hats off to Ken Ruffier of the sales dept and formally of the service dept and parts manager Bob Rhodes. My daughter who now lives in Utah was on a ca Hats off to Ken Ruffier of the sales dept and formally of the service dept and parts manager Bob Rhodes. My daughter who now lives in Utah was on a camping trip in Colorado and got a flat tire on her 2009 Jeep bought & serviced thru Haasz. Her McGard lug lock key for a very strange reason did not work to release her spare. She got it towed to a service shop in Boulder,Colorado but they did not have the tools or master key to release. They wanted to drill into the lock lugs at $ 100 a lug . Luckily my daughter had taken pictures of the lug, malfunction key and her McGard Registration card. After a phone call to Kenny and bringing that information to him, he directed me to Bob Rhodes who called McGard and was able to get a replacement key next day'd to the shope in Boulder,Colorado where the Jeep is and we avoided a very costly procedure. I fully thank Kenny and Bob whom are of the 5 Star Culture of staff and people of Haaszauto Mall and why I have been an advocating cusotmer of their's since they opened in 2006. Exceptional Employees We usually have at least one big repair a year on our old '99 Jeep Cherokee. We've had service from Haasz in Ravenna for quite a few years now. In M We usually have at least one big repair a year on our old '99 Jeep Cherokee. We've had service from Haasz in Ravenna for quite a few years now. In May, we needed to order a Mopar radiator, so of course we called Bob Rhodes in the parts department. Bob is always so courteous and professional. He took extra time to make sure we had the correct radiator--he even helped us measure it out of the box when we came to pick it up! Also, the service personnel, from the schedulers to the mechanics are always professional and knowledgeable. We always request Jimmy Johnson to work on our Jeep and he always does a superb job. This time was no exception, JImmy took care of our car as if it were his own. Holly Ferrara was especially pleasant and efficient. She was genuine and listened to our concerns. Next, we always stop in the sales room and talk to Geno Gordon. While we are not yet ready to part with our old '99 Jeeps, we still enjoy talking with Geno about the new and used Jeeps at Haasz. Of course, when we are ready to buy, Geno is THE MAN. Finally, our service experience wouldn't be the same without Bill Plumley greeting us with a hug and a smile--this time he even gave us two Haasz Jeep hats. He also took extra time out of his day to text us updates about our service. Haasz in Ravenna has an exceptional service department--it's worth the 30 minute drive. Many thanks to everyone!! More
