This dealership stole 3 grand from me and left my car un drivable and has ignored me for a year. NEVER go here. I bought a car in May of LAST YEAR and payed 3 grand extra for it to be plated and registered. drivable and has ignored me for a year. NEVER go here. I bought a car in May of LAST YEAR and payed 3 grand extra for it to be plated and registered. In this amount of time they have responded to about every 30th email or phone call. My car I was excited to have hasn’t been able to be enjoyed or driven most of the time because they stole my $3000 and never sent me plates for the car. Everyone at this dealership know that they screwed me over so they have all been instructed not to answer when I call or email. I have never in my 30 years on this planet worked with a more Shiesty dark or evil company in my life. They have absolutely zero human compassion. I have hired a lawyer and now have to spend even more of my money suing them for their carelessness. More

We were finally able to work out a deal last week. I am very pleased with my vehicle. I have missed driving a Volkswawgen since my last one was totaled a few years back. The car is everything I wanted. Mario was very patient and worked hard to get me the best deal. Robert Rodriguez was also very helpful and checked in on me while I was at the dealership, finalizing my paperwork. He told me if I needed anything to contact the dealership and he'd help me anyway he could. I met with Robert Rodriguez initially and he was very knowledgeable about the VW Jetta he presented to me. I had to come back to the dealership the next day due to the finance department needing to speak with the bank. Although Robert Rodriguez was not there when my husband and I arrived, Hector Calix stepped right in and made sure I was taken care of. I purchased a 2010 Honda Insight and I am so happy with it. Thank you Hector and Robert for your wonderful customer service and making my experience an enjoyable one. I will definitely be purchasing from Rusty Wallis VW again in the future. More
