We first purchased a Rav 4 2006 from Robert Rowan. We were impressed with Roberts people skills right away. He is very professional, but also very personable. Through the years after purchasing our car, were impressed with Roberts people skills right away. He is very professional, but also very personable. Through the years after purchasing our car, Robert would periodically send us information in the mail, as well as Birthday cards every year. I always thought it to be very nice for him to do. My husband came to the dealership for a repair on our car, talked to Robert, and we came back the next day to look at a new Rav 4.We drove it, loved it, and bought it. Robert is the only salesperson we deal with, we love him.We also liked our finance manager Ben Barbato, he was extremely friendly, and explained everything to us clearly. Very nice guy. Robert was exceptionally friendly and positive from the start. Most importantly, he knew the product and when it was time to pick up our vehicle, he took a great deal of time and patience dealing with two start. Most importantly, he knew the product and when it was time to pick up our vehicle, he took a great deal of time and patience dealing with two 66 year olds, explaining all the features and even programming our Bluetooth and garage door opener. He of course had to explain a few features more than once, but was happy to do so. This is the type of service consumers expect but do not often receive. We can only hope that the service at Cain Toyota is on the same level as Robert's performance. We also met with Theresa briefly on 2 occasions. She was very pleasant to work with. Tony our financial specialist was amazingly organized and obviously knowledgeable regarding the process. He expedited the financial aspect of our transaction and exceeded our expectations. More
