Purchased new 2016 Honda Pilot My wife and I were met at the door by Robert Saintsing and led directly to the Honda Pilot we wanted to look at. Mr. Saintsing had a great knowledge of the Honda Pilot and CRV. He did not try to sell us something we did not need or want. The decision was completely ours. The car we wanted to test drive was actually in the show room - they were willing to take it out for us not knowing whether we were serious about buying or not at that time. When it came time to talk numbers, this was just as easy. There was no hard ball or game playing. It was straight forward and honest. The overall buying experience was great! I have already referred several friends to Vann York. More

Robert went out of his way to help us with everything - We came to the dealership from working in the yard with a lot of dirt on us. Robert didn't care, came right up and did everything he could to make us We came to the dealership from working in the yard with a lot of dirt on us. Robert didn't care, came right up and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. We knew the car we wanted, they didn't happen to have one. He let us test drive another car that was similar and went over every option in the car. No hassle paper work, he ordered ours in from another dealer to arrive in a few days. The whole team was great, they did a good job of making sure everything was right and that we understood everything on the papers and the car. I asked about a price on tires for our other Honda and we went right to the parts counter and got a quote that was cheaper then at a big chain store, I would go back to them again. More

Happy with my new car I thought I was just having my 2000 Honda Accord serviced but what I needed was another car.
