Okay, I came in to get an oil change in my used car I bought from you folks a while back. While I was waiting I talked to Angie Sotelo about getting a replacement vehicle within the next year. I looked at a Kia Seltos with her and took it for a test drive. Nice little vehicle. I told her she had found my next vehicle. Another salesperson came out, I guess he was a sales manager and tried to pressure me into buying the vehicle right now. I didn't appreciate that in the least. He needed to back off and let me think things over. I actually got a little mad when he started asking me what my budget was, because frankly, that was NONE of his business. Angie, on the other hand, was very sweet and answered all of my questions and didn't try to pressure me more than any other car salesperson would. Kudos to her. I went home and researched the vehicle on several different consumer rating sites as well as the Kia site and decided the vehicle was right for me. I discussed it with my wife when she returned from her road trip that night, and we decided to go ahead and buy the vehicle instead of waiting. My wife being in on the decision was crucial, and that's why I didn't appreciate the other person trying to pressure me. I'll be in Monday to close the deal. I LOVE James and the service department you have, they've really been great to me taking care of my used vehicle, and I look forward to them taking care of my new Kia. More

Employees were very professional and courteous! The waiting area was spotless and very nice! I was told it would take 1 hour but it only took 35 minutes!
