This is absolutely the worst dealership. Will never buy from there again. Finance person was sarcastic because I didn’t want to buy gap insurance. It took 5+ hours to purchase a truck. I bought a 2019 Dodge grand Caravan and when were you just doing the paperwork I told him I will go home and get the tag to be transferred To this vehicle he said no all I had to do was send him a pictur just doing the paperwork I told him I will go home and get the tag to be transferred To this vehicle he said no all I had to do was send him a picture of it so I emailed him a picture of the tag and I text it to his phone and he did not turn it in so they charge me for a whole new tag their mess up cost me over $300 More
