An internet search for a specific vehicle lead me to their website which had the exact car I was looking for at a price that was lower than Schultz. The vehicle had not yet arrived at to the DLR showroom as it was being inspected, detailed, and prepared for selling. I went ahead and put down a deposit to hold the vehicle until we could make the hour and a half drive to Dallas on Saturday to look at it. In the meantime, Robert worked with me to secure a 2.8% interest rate and have all of the documents in place in case we did decide to go through with the purchase upon arriving at DLR. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who informed Robert we were there. He had already test driven the vehicle himself and had given it a top to bottom inspection as if he were the buyer himself. We loved the car and decided to purchase it. The car, though a 2016 model, is pristine. There are no dings or dents, and very few minuscule scratches that you have to look for to see. The inside is immaculate. The car looks and drives like a brand new one. We finished signing the documents and returned home. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the service we received from DLR, and especially Robert Schultz. We are now DLR customers for life, and cannot wait to work with Robert on our next purchase! More

Robert showed me all cars I was interested in, had several drive test with me on different vehicles with patience and explanation of all details. The process of paperwork was very quick and easy.
