A Rare Joyous Car Buying Experience Robert was just awesome. I don't live in Dallas, so this was my first remote car buying experience. Needless to say, I was a bit worried about it. Robert was just awesome. I don't live in Dallas, so this was my first remote car buying experience. Needless to say, I was a bit worried about it. I had a truck in mind when I contacted Robert, but then waffled toward some others on the website. He absolutely clarified my options with the pros and cons of each vehicle, and took the mystery out of my purchase by taking the truck to a mechanic for a pre-purchase check up. He also spoke with my finance people and had everything squared away, so that when I got to Dallas to pick up the truck, it took about 10 minutes to do some paperwork, rather than 2 hours, which had been my experience with every other car I've purchased. I drove home to Austin happy and completely satisfied with my purchase. I will most certainly buy my next car from Dallas Lease Returns and go back to Robert Schultz as my car guy. More
