I live in Austin and I located the exact vehicle I had been searching for at Dallas Lease Returns. I called and ended up speaking with Robert. I explained to him that I was extremely interested in the vehicle but I had nearly no time to purchase it and I would need everything to fall into place on that day. Robert assured me that this would not be an issue so I began driving up to Dallas. While I was driving Robert prepared everything for me so that when I arrived we were ready to go. Sure enough, I arrived just before closing time, took the vehicle on a quick test-drive, signed a couple of documents and I before I knew it I was driving my new vehicle back to Austin. I have purchased many cars in the past and my experience has always been sitting around for hours waiting - but not here. I came in already financed, but Robert was great in getting final touch ups on the truck and even offered to pick me up when it was ready. I felt no pressure, had a great conversation, and was the easiest car purchases I've ever made. There was no wiggle room in price, but it was honestly already at a great price that I felt perfectly fine with what they were asking. I was honestly surprised at the level of customer service I received, and I would definitely buy from DLR and Robert again. More
