Plesant experience I was looking online for a newer truck. I knew I wanted a 2014 GMC Crew cab. Carmax had yours on an ad. I had looked at many, but this one I kept comi I was looking online for a newer truck. I knew I wanted a 2014 GMC Crew cab. Carmax had yours on an ad. I had looked at many, but this one I kept coming back to. Called and spoke with Robert Schultz. He suggested that I come take a look. Karin and I drove over after work. Were greeted by Robert. He showed the truck and took for a test drive. I was hooked. My favorite part was the no. F and I running back and forth. I was what it was. I was a two word deal. Yes or No. simple. No pressure. Once again I thank Robert Schultz for being a great person to deal with. No for something really weird. When we received the vehicle it was just as he had described and shown us through the pictures. So when a car came in that met my description he did everything he knew how to make it work for my price range, then drove it 40 miles to my office so I could test drive it, then had all the paperwork done when we got to DLR so it took about 10 minutes to complete the transaction. So we searched the internet for a Toyota Camry and found multiple hits on the price range and style we were searching for. The first place we stopped at was not as impressive as Dallas Lease returns. Our next stop was Dallas Lease returns. On arrival we noticed that this place was a lot nicer in appearance. There were quite a few vehicles in the front and we noticed a lot more in the garage. We spoke to the woman at the front desk who was very friendly. She told us Robert would be with us in just a few minutes. So we checked out the cool classic cars in the lobby. Robert walked up with a big smile and listened to everything we were looking for. This is where we were not only sold on Dallas Lease returns but with Robert himself. He told us the car we were looking for had just been sold and asked if he could get our information, and he would contact us if anything came up in the next few weeks. After that we were just about to leave but my wife wanted to look at the inventory just because the garage was so nice and she thought she might find something else. Robert walked with us and patiently told us about all the cars we had questions about, He also told us about himself and his family. This made me feel welcome and that is hard to find in other dealerships, because we usually feel pressure to buy anything. When we were walking out Robert was walking us to our car and we spotted a Camry we thought was being sold. He told us that this car was most likely new to the lot since it was marked to be sent to get dings and dents fixed. This was 10 minutes until closing. He went back inside and came out with some keys. This car was indeed new to the lot and it was for sale. It is too late to make a long story short but Robert was friendly and patient with us. That alone made us want to purchase the car. It turned out the car was a perfect fit. We purchased the car the next day and when the car came back from getting minor dings and dents repaired Robert made sure the car was delivered to our home. Robert made this the easiest car purchase we have ever made. Good luck to you Robert and thank you so much as well as the rest of the Dallas Lease returns Team! .
