Everyone at Elgin Toyota is very friendly! However, I am a huge fan of Marlon Poole. He takes his time to explain all the details and does not get annoyed when I asked him all my questions. I am a female and I have been treated very rudely by other car dealers. This is not the case at Elgin Toyota. They will take the time to answer any and all of your questions. This is our third time buying a car from Elgin Toyota and Marlon. Marlon never pressures you to make a decisions and makes sure the car you buy is the right fit for you. It took me over a month to decide to buy a Swagger Wagon from Marlon. He never pressured me to buy and he took the time to help me weigh all of my options. Two bits of advise. One, if you are looking to purchase a car, go to Elgin Toyota and ask for Marlon Poole. Second, listen to Marlon! He knows what he is talking about. He will point out little things that you would never think about looking at. He draws your attention to little details that are often overlooked. More

I do not like buying cars but this is the best experience I have ever had with the process. I found the used car I liked on line, called in and spoke to Mike Herbert, Sales Professional, to confirm the price I have ever had with the process. He was waiting for my wife ( the car was for her) and I when we got there. We took a test drive and returned to his office to finalize the deal. In the process we met Bob Ellis, General Manager and Robert Soto, Finance Manager. Also Rob Starosta, Assistant Service Manager, was very helpful in getting some marks on the body corrected to my complete satisfaction. Everyone was friendly and helpful, an overall good experience.
