Purchased a new car from Joe Craig, he was very easy to work with, and even came in on his day off to deliver our car and help us learn the controls and features. Joe always makes a point to come over and say hello anytime I'm in the dealership (for parts, service, dropping off a car, whatever) As far as service, we bring all our cars to Keystone for service. Mike, Pete, and Ben are always helpful and friendly, and give good advice on what needs to be (and what doesn't needs to be) fixed. I can always call with a question and find out whether a problem is something urgent or whether it can wait for a future service. More

As scary as it will be to watch him pull out of the driveway, knowing he will be better protected gives me peace of mind. Joe is confident,reassuring and highly well, believable. I actually felt "safe" to make my decision without consulting family. The Keystone dealership, both sales and service, gets a large thumbs up from my family. After a very unpleasant experience with another dealership, it was a relief to find Keystone Volvo and Paul Heiser. Paul could not have been more patient and understanding with me.
