Britney welcomed us upon our arrival, she was able to pair us with a Honda Pilot. Javon sat talked to us about lease and purchase options. We then met Rob Swayka, he wanted to help us come to an agreement and we did just that. This was by far our BEST ever experience in a car dealership. They were all very professional and knowledgeable AND we found the car, signed all the paperwork and the car was detailed and delivered within 3 hours…which is never the case. We will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment. More

I took my daughter car shopping not expecting to be leaving with a vehicle.. let alone a BRAND NEW 2024 CRV!!! Janelle did an excellent job showcasing the vehicle and its features. My wife has been a satisfied Honda customer for quite a long time. In fact, a 1998 Civic sedan she bought new that we donated to a young driver is still going strong! We both bought into the hybrid conc long time. In fact, a 1998 Civic sedan she bought new that we donated to a young driver is still going strong! We both bought into the hybrid concept but most recently chose a Tucson Blue due to the larger cargo capacity; however, our experience with the vehicle (we owned it for over a year and a half) was not entirely a positive one, so we started looking again. Our choice was the CR-V. The average mileage thus far on our first tank of gasoline is 36.3-and climbing. That bodes well for the time when the engine has fully broken in! What we lost in cargo space we made up for in other ways. We prefer the handling of the CR-V, the audio system, the climate system, and the seats. Most importantly we feel great about returning to the company that has provided, in our past experience, stellar reliability. Now for the dealership: hats off to Robert Swayka for going further than the extra mile to ensure our long-term relationship with Honda of Sarasota will be a strong one. We will highly recommend them to anyone looking for an SUV in the future! More

They don’t use your preapproval letter and run your credit then they used the approval letter after they made the credit score drop over a 100 points !! So now instead of the payment being around $500 credit then they used the approval letter after they made the credit score drop over a 100 points !! So now instead of the payment being around $500 or $600 from the approval it went up to $824 they lied…. If I can bring the car back without affecting our credit I am going to then definitely buying somewhere we can trust ….. They also tried to make it like we needed a car we wanted 1 not needed. Overall was screwed over from this car lot !! More
