When I went to the dealership I worked with Robert Swyt, who did an amazing job of walking me through all of the technology and safety features while finance was worked out and the vehicle was detailed. He also did a nice hands-on demonstration once I took possession of the car, so I was road-ready and comfortable with my new ride immediately! More

Both she and Robert, who I worked with when I came in, were wonderful, and I never once felt like they were trying to trick me into something or pressure me into something I didn't want. Robert even found me a sandwich when the paperwork took longer than I expected it to and I was getting really hungry! They were wonderful about explaining the things I had questions on without some of the condescension some of my friends have had when buying their first new cars. It was a drive - I live a couple of hours away - but well worth the time I spent driving! More
