Rob really took the time to go over the different models and options in the Explorers I was looking at and I never felt pressured to buy one of them. After falling in love with my truck the whole buying process was a breeze. Steve made sure to answer any and all questions I had on all of the finance paperwork without making me feeling like I was asking "stupid questions". Rob also made sure to answer all of my questions about the truck itself and took his time showing me how to set all of the options including connecting my phone to the bluetooth. These guys are top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Ford vehicle. More
