Just completed purchase of my third Highlander (this time a Grand Highlander) with Robert Blocker. His attentiveness, patience and ability to get exactly the unit I wanted with equipment I wanted was except a Grand Highlander) with Robert Blocker. Brittany was amazing to deal with! She listened to my needs and then matched me with the perfect vehicle! I have social anxiety and was completely freaked out about the whole proces She listened to my needs and then matched me with the perfect vehicle! I have social anxiety and was completely freaked out about the whole process… Brittany took the time to find a space off to the side away from people and stayed with me while I was waiting to be able to do paperwork. Then, as soon as I had finished signing all the things, she was waiting to take me directly to my new car…that she parked away from where all the people were.
