I first must tell you that I hate hate going to car dealerships. I decided recently ,along with my son, to reluctantly visit BMW Rallye in Westbury. The building and display of cars were amazing but I was not gonna be fooled by this. I was preparing myself for the harassment by a salesperson. I was then introduced to Robert Wachsman and I was pleasantly surprised. He was very professional,classy,patient and warm to talk to. He explained everything I needed to know about a BMW and set up a test drive for me. Fantastic job by Mr. Wachsman and a true pleasure dealing with him. I eventually bought a 528xi and just love the car. I have emailed him questions and he quickly responds to me. Great great salesman! More

After visiting Rallye BMW one evening to see what they had to offer (owning a mercedes) I was met with a great first impression. Robert Wachsman introduced himself and was very helpful, not pushly like ty had to offer (owning a mercedes) I was met with a great first impression. He listened to what I was interested in, and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of various BMW models. He spent lots of time, and didnt try any sales pitches. After searching around for a week at other dealers and manufacturers, I returned to see Robert. It was his and Rallye BMW's all around professionalism that sold me. Upon arriving two weeks later to pickup the new car, which arrived exactly when Robert said it, the top-shelf service continued as i was introduced to my new car with all the options requested. Robert and Rallye BMW did exactly what they said they would, and their price was fair and competitive. I would certainly recomend Rallye BMW, and Robert Wachsman in particular.
