This was the first vehicle that I have ever bought online and I have to say that dealing with Robert and the administrative staff with CHICAGO AUTO PLACE was awesome. Robert was honest and accurate with the description and integrity of the truck he offered to sell me. He sent detailed pictures and videos of the truck which ultimately matched his description when the truck arrived at my front door. Robert Weinberg spoke to me kindly and professionally,,,,taking all my questions and concerns seriously. He treated me with respect and delivered 100% on his word. I would highly recommend that if you see any vehicle on this website that whatever they tell you is on time and accurate and if you feel comfortable with what you see is what you are going to get. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle that wants a honest transaction and a dealership that will stand behind their word. Don't Recommend Nice people but difficult to get ahold of. Called and could reach my sales rep or the manager. I also later found the car was sold to me with 2 bolts broken off on the front passenger tire i.e unsafe to drive then was not accommodated for it to be fixed after less than 2 weeks of buying the vehicle. I will not have the vehicle serviced there and I do not recommend them. Frankly worried about the quality of the car I just bought from them given I know little about cars. More

Beware of this dealership I give this dealership zero stars actually. when I was buying a car of course they were as nice as can be. once I left and started having problems wit I give this dealership zero stars actually. when I was buying a car of course they were as nice as can be. once I left and started having problems within a month they turned into the complete opposite. I bought a Jaguar from them and within 6 months it was in and out of the shop at least four times. I even had to buy a new engine and in that process I was without a car for a month. then there were other problems including the transmission. I find it hard to believe that they didn't know about these problems before they sold it to me. I ended up having to trade it in after 6 months at another dealership and take a loss. Ever time I called or emailed they acted like I was a nuisance and when ever I asked to talk to the owner he was always busy and never would speak to me. Save yourself the headache and don't buy from Chicago Auto Place cause you will regret it. there are actual honest car dealerships out there, this just isn't one of them. More
