After doing some internet searching and came across this one. I called and spoke to Rob, and he was very easy to talk to regarding all of my questions etc. He describes the car to me perfectly. Once I finally came in to actually purchase the car. Rob had completely detailed the car prior to my arrival. He made the whole transaction as easy as possible. The dealership as a whole was very nice and accomplishing from the minute I walked through the door. They kept my kids occupied while Rob was doing the paperwork with me. That just shows you that they really care about there customers. Hand down Rob and the dealership made it a great transaction from the very start. Highly recommend it to anyone. More

We have bought 2 Mercedes, 2 Volvo, Subaru,Pathfinder, Suzuki. The cars were for my whole family. We are very happy here, they treat us like family here. They not only helped in the sales end it was after the purchase that was amazing as well. I liked it so much that I have some friends of mine by from Robert as well. The Chicago Auto Place will be the only place we will buy from. Spring time Robert is finding me 1 my dream cars, the 68 Mustang. great job to the team they have and Robert thank you once again see you VERY soon for that Mustang. More

I initially went in with a specific car in mind, but I have to admit that I almost changed that due to the vast selection that he showed me. In the end I went with the original car I came for, Robert made the purchase, and overall experience a very satisfying one. I’d recommend this dealer to any and everyone I know who’s looking to purchase a vehicle. I actually plan on going back when I’m ready for another vehicle and to purchase my wife a vehicle and I’ll definitely be asking for him upon my return. Smoothest auto purchase I’ve had!!! I talked to Rob about a Fisker they had for sale, I live about an hour away from Chicago Auto Place and have a very busy work schedule, so I wanted to I talked to Rob about a Fisker they had for sale, I live about an hour away from Chicago Auto Place and have a very busy work schedule, so I wanted to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time going to look at a car that wasn’t as described online like most all other dealers. Rob I and I talked at least 8 times over the phone, he always answered my calls and all my questions. He even FaceTimed me and did a full walk around of the car. He also gave me a price for the car I was trading in before even seeing it and didn’t try to change it on me when I brought my trade in. When I came in to do the transaction I was greeted by really friendly staff. They brought me coffee and even offered me a sandwich. To my surprise the whole transaction includeing the trade in of my car took less then an hour. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone, if you want great service I really recommend using Rob. More
