My name is Robert been in the car business for over 20 years. Started my career as a mechanic 4 years. Then to a lead rep for Wheels incorporated. Where I was in charge of corporate fleet vehicles and insuring our clients are not getting ripped off at the service shops. Then became an owner of 2 hand car washes. We grew to the point of being open 24 hours. Dealing with dealerships all over the Chicagoland area. Then was given a job offer at The Bentley Store in Downers Grove. Was a salesmen for 6 years then grew to a Manager of two other stores owned by that same owner selling high line. Moved on to another store Chicago Toy Store and now here for the Chicago Auto Place. Love what I do. Meeting new people and helping them get in the car they want is a great feeling.

I bought a car from Chicago Auto place. It is awesome dealership staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. They have very nice cars in stock with good pricing. I purchased a vehicle from here on January 26,2023. A 2012 Audi A5 Prestige Coupe. I’ve only had this vehicle for 5 months and I Now have a Blown Engine! Now,let’s be clear,I took my vehicle in to get A 2012 Audi A5 Prestige Coupe. I’ve only had this vehicle for 5 months and I Now have a Blown Engine! Now,let’s be clear,I took my vehicle in to get an oil change as advised on the oil sticker only for the shop to tell me that my engine has a Rod Knock!!!! Before I purchased this vehicle,I asked All Pertinent Questions that Needed to be asked. The service tech also told me that when I purchased this vehicle,that the computer was aa Reset on the vehicle to where it wasn’t giving me Any Indications that something was going on with my vehicle. I’ve reached out to the dealership only for them to get Nasty and basically say,It’s Your Problem!!! 5 months be had this car and rarely go anywhere. I Will reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to let them know that this Dealership is Selling Faulty Vehicles. I’ve giving this dealership $4000 of my Hard Earned Money only to be Duped!!! BEWARE,DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THEY GIVE ME A SALESMAN WHOM DID NOT CARE AT ALL!! Purchased a car from them for well above market value and was told that was due to the perfect condition and rare spec. It is a rare spec but hardly perfect. When Tom Kelley cadillac in Fort Wayne( a dealership group I have bought over 30 cars from) tired to gouge me for a extra 25k over MSRP last min on a ct5 blackwing I committed to, I looked elsewhere . I found Chicago Auto place and fell in love with a M5 they had online. I decided to give them a call and Robert was helpful from the beginning. He helped me understand the benefits of the m5 and answered any questions I had. The process was super easy and quick. The car that was supposed to be in excellent condition and I bought it unseen (my mistake). I can live with the fact that it came with choppy tires, but am quite angry that it had a broken rear differenti and I bought it unseen (my mistake). I can live with the fact that it came with choppy tires, but am quite angry that it had a broken rear differential. That is not something you can miss when inspecting or test driving the car. Every turn the car was grinding. Very loud, very obvious. the car had warranty on it so the dealer could have taken care of it. Instead I had to take it in for 3 weeks to get it fixed. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. If it hadn’t had warranty I would have lost a ton of money. More
