Bob Whote was awesome today. He took the time to hear my concerns about having my car serviced and back to me by the time I got off work. Others there said they couldn't do it, but Bob had a "can do" attit concerns about having my car serviced and back to me by the time I got off work. Others there said they couldn't do it, but Bob had a "can do" attitude. He scheduled me for the optimal day to get my car fixed. Car was dropped off and was ready by the time I was off. He understood I live 40 miles away from the dealership and there is no loaner options, and the fact i need to get to and from work. Thanks Bob for an outstanding experience More
