We had a great experience at Herb Chambers. All of our needs were met ..and then some. We cannot say enough about the care and attention we were given. Rob Williams and the team were outstanding. Everyone worked so hard to find us the car we wanted. The car was found and Scott Brothers finalized a great deal. Neil brought us through the paper work efficiently and conveniently- working around our busy schedules. Rob took care of us from beginning to end. Our experience could not have been more positive with Robert Williams and Herb Chambers Lexus. He is extremely knowledgeable and excited to share all of the bells and whistles Lexus puts in their vehicles. Robert went over everything and made sure we were comfortable with our vehicle choice. Our young children were with us and even they enjoyed being at Lexus and were made to feel part of the buying experience. Robert drove 70 miles on his morning off to deliver our vehicle in person and be sure we didn't have any questions. Robert was extremely accommodating, even though every car we were interested in was sold before we could make a deal on it! He kept plugging until he found a car that made me happy. Though the showroom was supposed to close at 5:00; he and his associate stayed until 7:30, emptied my trade in (I was not expecting to take the car home that day!) in the pouring rain, showed me how to use all the gadgets in the car, and even programmed some phone numbers for me. He never stopped smiling and kept reassuring me that the time was not an issue! I would have loved to be able to buy the car for less than I paid, but honestly, I am loving every minute in it, so it was worth it! More

My husband and I saw the Lexus ES 350 parked at Costco. We decided to make an inquiry of the Costco Auto Program to explore the possibilities of purchasing a Lexus at a future date. We were referred to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon and they called within 24 hours to make the appointment. We went the same day but not with the the intent of making a same day purchase. We were introduced to Robert Williams who asked many questions to assist us in selecting the Lexus for us. Robert treated us with respect and was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the Lexus. With the test drive, the demo and negotiations our visit was an extended one (about 4 hours) and ended with a purchase and Robert driving us 25 minutes to our car after our daughter had to leave for an appointment. The next day, Robert came to our home to pick up the plates and registration to transfer the plates to our new Lexus. We were very impressed with his customer service. Robert was tops! I got a grand tour of the amazing facilities from him. Rob was very knowledgeable and he was able to find me the car with all my requirements in no time. I went to Lexus of Sharon initially just to browse around but by the end of the four hours, I was already driving away with my new Lexus RX350. I'm very happy with my car and was very pleased throughout the whole car buying experience. More

My husband and I drove 2 hours to Herb Chambers this past weekend in search of a used Lexus, and it was well worth the trip. The showroom was beautiful! We worked with Robert Williams who was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and went out of his way to try and find a car to fit our budget. From start to finish we spent a total of 4 hours there but ended up driving home in a 2007 Lexus in like-new condition. While waiting for all the necessary paperwork to be approved, we were treated to complimentary sandwiches and beverages in the cafe and watched part of the Patriots game in the lounge. We never thought buying a car could be such a pleasurable experience. Rob was very professional and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Rob Williams is amazing! My husband and I walked into the dealership late last week to 'look & see' a Lexus prior to turning in my current Nissan Murano leased vehicle. One hour later we owned our first the dealership late last week to 'look & see' a Lexus prior to turning in my current Nissan Murano leased vehicle. One hour later we owned our first Lexus RX350. Rob was interested in OUR needs and answered every question thoroughly. He gave us a fair deal and we are so pleased with the new 2012 RX350. At the time of pick-up, Rob greeted us, we toured your BEAUTIFUL facility and were introduced to the service department (WOW). We then 'dined' in your cafe and had great service there. Rob then escorted us to our new RX350 and thoroughly went through every detail of the vehicle - we could tell immediately that Rob knew his stuff!!!!!! The following day, I noticed I had forgotten to take off my personalized license plate frame. I called Rob who immediately 'dove' into the DUMPSTER to retrieve my frame! Can you believe this man???!!! What an OUTSTANDING employee you have, Mr. Chambers. We're true 'lifers' because of Rob. Thank you! More
