We have only good things to say about our experience with the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership. Our sales associate, Robert Williams, was excellent in every respect. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, no pressure whatsoever. We initially visited the dealership in February but couldn't make a final decision on the RX at that time. We looked at other SUV's but finally came to realize that the RX was head and shoulders above all the rest and the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership was the one we wanted to deal with. During the past few months, Robert was in constant contact with us, always available to answer any questions we might have. Last week we went in and sat with Robert to once again go over the RX and we decided it was the right car for us. We picked up the car last Monday and Robert went over every detail with us. We hardly had to touch the manual. We would definately recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new car and would would definately recommned Robert. Probably the best car sales person with have ever dealt with. More

I go into the dealership maybe once every other week for a comlimentary car wash and the entire staff is friendly and my car is promtly serviced without an extended wait. I also appreciated the fact that the price of the vehicle was very reasonable in my estimation and the terms of financing were also attractive.
