Absolutely terrible I have been going to this Chevy since I moved her, bought both of my two cars there. Took my brand new car in for an oil change the first time and tol I have been going to this Chevy since I moved her, bought both of my two cars there. Took my brand new car in for an oil change the first time and told them the alignment did not feel right, they said it was fine. My car was at 3,000 miles then. Took it in yesterday for my second oil change and tried to charge me for it because my "warranty did not cover it" after 6,000 miles. Of course. Will never take my car here again. I used to love Sands Chevy, but not anymore. More

Please listen and don't try to sell me unnecessary service All my fluid levels were checked prior to entering service. Service department said fluid levels needed critical attention. I had fluid levels rechecked again when I got home and, once again, fluid levels were full. Hmmm. Sound fishy? Also, I had my car detailed prior to service. I specifically asked them not to wash my vehicle. When I came out, they had washed my vehicle and left spots all over it. More

Stealership Took car in for a check engine light first thing they do is replace parts to see if it works and charge you for it when the part was doing its job tha Took car in for a check engine light first thing they do is replace parts to see if it works and charge you for it when the part was doing its job that something was wrong hence "engine light on". Issue was fixed for an overpriced quote. Would not recommend. Take you car to a real technician who does not just replace parts but diagnose your vehicle's problem. More

Very poor. I will no longer do business with Sands Chevrolet. They tried to sell me services that both my dealers in Minnesota told me were completely unnecessa I will no longer do business with Sands Chevrolet. They tried to sell me services that both my dealers in Minnesota told me were completely unnecessary. I'm completely fed up with the high pressure put on by the service department at Sands Chevrolet. There are plenty of places here in the Valley that want my business and won't be trying to sell me things I don't need. Evidently the dealers in Minnesota value their customers more than sands Chevrolet does. More

Misdiagnosed tranny and wanted me to pay for their mistake they missdiagnosed my leak and wanted me to pay for their mistake ...I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty. Covers drive train.. To my truck in they missdiagnosed my leak and wanted me to pay for their mistake ...I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty. Covers drive train.. To my truck in for a tranny leak and was quoted $1800 to replace a pump seal . I said I hope that was the problem because my warranty doesn't cover gaskets.. The assured me this was the leak. I get my truck back and guess what they didn't fix the leak.. It's exactly the same.. I take it back and they say the torque converter is leaking and that they will fix it for me they missed it .. I told them it's the same leak and that this is all covered by my warranty.. They charged my warranty also plus the original amount they charged me to fix a seal that wasn't leaking ... It was the torque converter from the get go..mind you this is covered by my warranty.. I got in contact with a manager and he and I got into a yelling match.. You should never talk to a customer like he did to me. Only after threatening to involve better business Bureau did they return my money.. More
