Service Manager Robert Wolf Robert is the only service person that I will ever let near me or.my car at Sands. He is fair, professional and very courteous. Oil change and inverter repair with Body shop estimate Brought my vehicle in for oil change and troubleshoot and repair inverter Also asked to have the body shop to give me an estimate for front bumper r Brought my vehicle in for oil change and troubleshoot and repair inverter Also asked to have the body shop to give me an estimate for front bumper replacement They also asked me if I wanted a vehicle wash Oil change was completed Inverter was not repaired . They did work on it They did not provide a estimate for front bumper replacement They did not wash the vehicle They were to follow up on inverter repair and estimate One week later and I have heard from no one More

Surprise by their promptness and great attitude. Made an appointment a week in advance. They got me in on day of appointment promptly. No high pressure pitch for services I didn't ask for,or need. Completed the requested service as promised and did a proper job. The only complaint I would voice is with the cashier. She was one of those individuals that had her nose in the air and acted as if my interruption to her morning by me wanting to pay my bill and go was a big inconvenience to her. She was so self absorbed in her smartphone and displaying her Hollywood wannabe fashion look that she was the most out of place individual in the building. You all know the type. So into herself that "me" the customer, was somehow an inconvenience to her morning. More

Not happy with service Was told by my advisor the service would take about an hpur. I decided to wait. Made an appointment and almost 3 hours,later I get my vehicle. If they would have done the alignment right the first time I would not have had to make another appointment. I purchased my last two vehicles there. Incompetent staff I've been to this service department several times as I live right around the corner. I will be driving to one of the other Chevrolet service centers I've been to this service department several times as I live right around the corner. I will be driving to one of the other Chevrolet service centers from now on. The service advisors here are a joke. How do these guys even stay open? They don't listen to the complaint. They interrupt you over and over. They called me a liar when I suggested they out-source a repair that they are not able to fix. Robert said "I've been doing this for 25 years and I've never seen that". I've worked at dealerships for a total of about 5-6 years and we did it all the time. I called other dealerships and they said they do it as well. This particular problem is my door panels are rattling very bad from my music. Stock Bose stereo. They verified the rattles then said that it is the window switch but they won't replace them cause the new ones will do the same thing. Kidding me!? On top of that, I have to take my truck back in after they "serviced" it because they forgot to reset the tire sensors..... Again! This is just from my last visit. I could go on. Already spoke with Juan at the Glendale location and he is taking care of me. Shuttle kid was nice but DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR AUTO SERVICE NEEDS. I called and left TWO messages for Steve (serv manager). Never got a return phone call. Done with these guys. More

Excellent customer service I took the brand new 16 Silverado back to Midway Chevrolet in AZ because it was shaking only to be told that it was normal and nothing is wrong so I d I took the brand new 16 Silverado back to Midway Chevrolet in AZ because it was shaking only to be told that it was normal and nothing is wrong so I drove it for a week and couldn't take it anymore. I took it to Sands Chevy in Surprise Az to Robert and didn't hear from them all day until 2pm that it was fixed. They found a TSB and did the repIr and no more shaking what a excellent service department. More
