Dissatisfied Did not complete work that I requested. I told his to refer to TSB # PIT5429. The vehicle was not repaired per that bulletin. The vehicle is a CPO wit Did not complete work that I requested. I told his to refer to TSB # PIT5429. The vehicle was not repaired per that bulletin. The vehicle is a CPO with the 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty. He told me I had an extended warranty and the other things were not covered. I tried to explain to him that it is CPO with a bumper to bumper warranty and he did not agree. Then he call me a few hours after dropping the car off and he tried to sell me a $4500 extended warranty. I tried 4-5 times after we spoke to get a hold of him over the phone to check the status of my vehicle I never got a hold of him. Then when I finally went to see if my vehicle was finished he was not at his desk and I waiting for him for 40 minutes. I picked up my vehicle and they replaced the left front strut and the body strut tower is all scratched and bent up. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this service department and especially to this service advisor. More

Wrong Attitudes! This will probably be my last visit to your service department. EVERY time I have taken my vehicle to get JUST an oil change, it doesn't matter which This will probably be my last visit to your service department. EVERY time I have taken my vehicle to get JUST an oil change, it doesn't matter which service rep I use, if I REFUSE any of the EXTRA services you offer, they will give me attitudes of displeasure along with grunts and making faces. If I wanted any of your EXTRA services I WOULD REQUEST THEM. If I schedule an oil change THAT'S ALL I WANT. But it's a courtesy to offer what the vehicle needs. Right! That's fine if you offer these EXTRA services as a courtesy, but if I refuse them don't make your displeasure known! After ALL it's not your money you're spending! More

Quick, courteous Took my truck in to get 3 recalls taken care of. I thought it would be a few days until I get my bowtie back but they called me the next day and told Took my truck in to get 3 recalls taken care of. I thought it would be a few days until I get my bowtie back but they called me the next day and told me to come pick it up. They did have to order parts for one recall. I was never offered a loner which was a little disappointing. Overall my experience was good and was the deciding factor in purchasing my extended warranty through Sands. The only reason I chose a 4-star rating and not a five-star was because I was never offered a loner. More
