No wash and pricey Robert was nice but they did not wash my car. I requested them not to last time but not this time. Basic services take too long I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment but yet it took just over two hours to complete. I suspect an appointment does not I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment but yet it took just over two hours to complete. I suspect an appointment does not mean your car will be worked on at that time. My customer service guy Robert was great and kept me informed. The quality of the work is great. I just believe services like oil change and tire rotations could be completed in a short amount of time. More

Alignment I took my 2014 Cruze in because the alignment extremely off. They fixed the alignment the same day. We took my car home and noticed it was still havin I took my 2014 Cruze in because the alignment extremely off. They fixed the alignment the same day. We took my car home and noticed it was still having issues. I was initially upset the issue wasn't 100% solved in the first place. That is the reason for 4 stars. We took my car back in today and explained the issue was not resolved. It was explained to us that the issue I had with the steering alignment (not the official verbiage) was not common. They fixed the issue free of charge the second time. I appreciate the hard work of this service team and their great customer service. I will certainly return to this location for future service needs. More
