Basic services take too long I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment but yet it took just over two hours to complete. We took my car home and noticed it was still having issues. I was initially upset the issue wasn't 100% solved in the first place. That is the reason for 4 stars. We took my car back in today and explained the issue was not resolved. It was explained to us that the issue I had with the steering alignment (not the official verbiage) was not common. They fixed the issue free of charge the second time. I appreciate the hard work of this service team and their great customer service. I will certainly return to this location for future service needs. More
