Perhaps, the worst experience ever after the sale, i purchased a used vehicle at a fair price. No, trade in and everything was good in less than 18 hours. I received a personal email because I'd showed purchased a used vehicle at a fair price. No, trade in and everything was good in less than 18 hours. Putting the vehicle on sale And offering the opportunity for a test drive, apparently.Marketing was not aware that the vehicle had already been sold to me.But did offer me a sale price on it twenty six hundred dollars less than previously advertised in two thousand less than I paid for it, I was rather frustrating to say the least.When I called to question it, I have called four times talked to numerous people.And nobody will give me a call back.And nobody will answer the questions as to why there is a difference of $1966.00 plus tax between what I paid and the offer I was given again less than 18:00 after the purchase. In my feelings that difference should be reimbursed back to me. But again, I cannot seem to get a return phone call to get to a solution. I do not and will not recommend them. More

Roberto is simply the BEST, he was able to put together a deal that 2 other sales staff failed to do, He followed up and was 100% on task, I almost walked away but Roberto stepped up and got it done.
