This was my first ever experience at a dealership buying my first car. So i was inexperienced. But man i was impressed. roberto was the only one who saw my as an adult trying to buy he first car and he didn't take advantage of that. He told me all the in and out and how the how process work.Lets just say 21 year old me walked out with a brand new 2014 mustang for less than 20K. This is just the start of it. lets fast forward few year later. Me having a family it was time to get rid of the stang. Of course i went back i bought my family vehicle it was one of the hardest things. I'm a very picky person so having roberto keep bring me keys and taking me up and down the lot. Lets just say this man patience is TOP OF THE LINE! But we made it out of there. Bought my 2018 Jeep wrangler at a great price. oh on top of that we took the whole evening so some of the banks had close and that would require some of the next morning. he told me not to worry about it and gave me the keys to my jeep. Lets just say this place and the personnel working there make you feel like you part of the family. Best place to buy your next vehicle. More

Roberto Barrios Excellent Salesman My wife and I went to the building right next door to Bill Utter ford to get a MRI. After we finished there we went to see if they had any Mustang's My wife and I went to the building right next door to Bill Utter ford to get a MRI. After we finished there we went to see if they had any Mustang's available as the choices in McKinney Texas were slim and we ended up buying a Camaro awhile back. I have always been a Mustang guy and have owned several of them over the years. I was in the Market for an Eco Boost and awhile back had cash in hand however the Craig's listing Mustang that I had in mind was a 2015 V6 convertible that had a salvaged title once I pulled the VIN. Very disappointed and no car I was sold on a Camaro after the Mustang again was not available that I wanted. I happened to have enough Equity in the Camaro and I was able to get a 2017 Eco Boost convertible from Bill Utter Ford. Roberto asked me what payment I needed and got me way into the ball park. I was even able to get a Bumper to Bumper warranty for just $35 more on my payment. I can take it to any Ford dealership and will be worry free for the next 6 years or 100k miles. I got the color I love and the car is so awesome. Thank you Roberto and Bill Utter Ford. Very happy customer.!!!!! More
