Undependable Dealership The salespeople were nice and knowledgeable. But you Cannot depend on the deal you think you have made. Finance is the last step. After they have taken your old vehicle and everything is done. Then you are taken to a little room in back If you are unfortunate like me you are told the only way you can get your deal is to finance with Ford Credit at an interest rate 3 to 4 points higher. Your choice then is get steamed rolled or back out of the deal you thought you had. Everyone should be very careful at this Dealership. They have changed from the last time I bought there and for me the change was NOT a good one. More

Will never go back! My husband was looking for a New Ford F-250 diesel, 4X4. We went to your dealership after some hesitation on my part. 2 years ago I went to your deale My husband was looking for a New Ford F-250 diesel, 4X4. We went to your dealership after some hesitation on my part. 2 years ago I went to your dealership with my then 23 year old son to get him a new Ford F-250 diesel truck. You were recommended by Pam Minick our neighbor in Argyle. The salesperson back then took all the info my son was looking for in a new truck and said he would be back in touch that day. My son even called him later that day to see if he found anything. Was told he was still working on it. My son ended up never hearing back from this salesperson and went to Sam Pack Ford in Lewisville and they found him the fully loaded F250 he was looking for and brought it to him within 1 day. Now back to my husband looking for a truck similar to my son's. we found one you had on your pre owned lot a 2016 Ford F-250 diesel with only 6,000 miles on it. Roberto said you could put XM radio in it from car toys. We left that evening because it was getting late. We were told by Roberto he would get back with us the next day. After my husband calling twice, Roberto calls and says come back in and see what we can work out. We came back in the next day. We asked Roberto if you guys would include heaven matts And come off any on the price. He goes back to talk to a manger, after 10 minutes, he comes back with some thin cheap matts and tosses them on the floor and says. They would only give you these matts and the price would stay the same. My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief of how he just tossed them on the floor and basically said take it or leave it. Well we left it and already bought us a New Ford Super Duty from a dealership that works for their customers in Lewisville. More

My wife and I were coming in from out of town and bringing our two young kids with us, so salesman Roberto Barrios did as much as he could to make it a smooth process. He really went above and beyond. We communicated via text to discuss and arrive at a trade-in value sight-unseen, and scheduled an appointment time for me to come by. When I got there in person, he gave me the keys and let me take my time with the test drive and speaking with my wife about what we wanted to do. He was incredibly patient with us, and never put pressure on us. I had a great first impression with this dealership and would recommend that anyone give them chance if interested in a Ford, and ask for Roberto! More
