We came in last Friday to buy a car for my mom and he took the time to explain in detail each model s professional salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. We explained we wanted to look at other brands before we made out final decision. On Saturday I texted him to let him know we wanted a Mercedes-Benz but were undecided on 3 different cars. By the time we arrived at the dealer, he had them all lined up and ready to test drive. Wow, that’s AMAZING customer service and very considerate of our time. He made the whole process of buying memorable and we will definitely come back again to purchase a car from Rusnak because of Roberto. More
