Had an appointment for an oil change at 0800 and also needed a tire patch. Took nearly two hours before I was able to leave. When I went to go check on the status, I noticed my vehicle parked in front. W needed a tire patch. Took nearly two hours before I was able to leave. When I went to go check on the status, I noticed my vehicle parked in front. When I talked to the advisor, he said he was just about to get my vehicle and I mentioned it was already in front. Felt like it shouldn’t have taken nearly two hours for a tire patch and oil change. More
