The way car shopping should go! Roberto was awesome from the start. Warmed up a Pilot for us to test drive in sub-zero temperatures. Followed up on our visit without being overbeari Roberto was awesome from the start. Warmed up a Pilot for us to test drive in sub-zero temperatures. Followed up on our visit without being overbearing. Made the purchase of our car a pleasure and spent time explaining the features of our car to us. We had a problem with some detailing we had after the purchase of our car and Roberto had a service advisor call me with in 5 minutes of getting off the phone. Very approachable and easy to work with. More
