While searching for our new car, we visited at least eight area dealerships, including another local Subaru dealer. Salesperson Mark Layne was exceptional, providing information about the cars and Bucha eight area dealerships, including another local Subaru dealer. Salesperson Mark Layne was exceptional, providing information about the cars and Buchanan Subaru in a friendly, low key way. No high pressure sales technique here! We visited Buchanan twice before purchasing our new Forester from them, and were pleased both times. The price negotiations were quick and easy. There was no game playing with the Sales Manager and waiting for hours to seal the deal like you find in some places. It was honest and straightforward all the way. A few days later went back to have an accessory installed, and the Service Department was super. Robie Mears got me in and out right on schedule! My wife and I would recommend Buchanan Subaru to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I orginially went to purchase a trailer to pull then proce received a call back in a timely fashion, Mark made himself available around my schedule. Took my Chevy Cobalt in to figure out why it was running hot, they ran all the necessary tests and found two or three different problems and were very quick to fix them.
